Holdem Manager!!???In need of consultation

Who are using HM ,advice me please how to begin working with this programm?
Once when I played big MTT and did all my best I met a re-seated player who did eventually all-inn and I had good hand but couldn decide whether call or not.cause had no idea how he was playing..and then I understood that it would be better if i knew the stats of every player on the table.Thats how I came to HM and then made up my mind to create this thread?
