Ive been using HEM for a while now but really only focused on vpip and pflp ..

everything else im still getting used to since I just transitioned into cash games..

for the went to showdown %s ..what % would be normal and what % would be high? (in about a 5nl-10nl type game)

35%+ is high. ~25% is normal.

Stats I use:

Fold to C-bet %
C-bet %
3-bet %
Steal %

yea 27% for wtsd is about normal i think.

i have
vpip pfr af afq
fold to f cbet fold to t cbet cbet% f cbet% t
call pfr 3b% fold to 3b%
ats fold sb fold bb wtsd

typically, unless you have lots of stats on somebody however most of those are only marginally useful.

Read the "plugging leaks" guide in HEM. But in general, 19% is a little low for microstakes.

Also note that went to showdown should be different for your vp$ip. If you're playing 80% of pots, obviously you wouldn't want to see showdown in even 20% of them, but if you're playing a 6/6 style I'm assuming you'd want a bigger WTSD %.
