Do you use any tracking software? if you do, you could post up some of your stats and maybe someone could help you a bit better. Other than that, just start reading the stickies that are in the forum, there are a a bunch of good reads in the HA sections. Have you ready the articles that are on here? Just reading some of the stuff here on CC will get you right on track.

post up some of your stats for us. For a start what are your VPIP, PFR, and AF. Those will atleast give us an idea of where you are.

I cant see the stats for vpip pfr and af in my tracker. But Im around 21/16. The problem I have is I dont know how to play deep stacked. If you know any article about deep stack strategy that would be nice.

If you're getting stacked with tptk then you're either pushing or calling with hands that are way too weak. Unless I have a really good read on a player then I'm not stacking with less than trips, even then I might lay them down on a really scary board. It sounds to me like you need to tighten up on your post flop play, you shouldn't play to the end every time you hit something on the board. Unless you have good odds to call you need to fold more hands that only half hit

The link posted above has some excellent information. Reading through those posts should really improve your game (if you take the information on board and actually use it). Good luck on the tables
