The opponent on the river makes Overbet against my two pairs of whether to call , given the statistics and stack depth ? What would you do in this situation?

The first question is What did you do, and go from there

That depends on the board. are there changes for flush, straight or set for opponent? If there is, two pairs could be not the best hand to call an overbet.

We have no idea the statistics or the stats, or anything about how this hand was played to answer your question.

You should post a hand history if you want hand analysis.

Please descride the situation more in details. What cards did You had and what cards came on table etc.
Two pairs can be good for call in some situations but you should be careful with that.

I was at an early stage of the tournament , I was JK offsuit , I raised from the button and got a 3 -bet from a player with a double stack , and played a call on board fell A8K offsuit , the bank 550 chips opponent puts 50 chips I play call , falls 5 , he again put 50 chips ,I say bet the bank on the floor of the pot and got called back and then falls on the river and the opponent has J goes to the all-in in his chips 2 times more than I do what I need to do?

I would do the call. Although there is always likely to get a set (for example opponent has 88). There is always a risk. Its a poker

Need a detailed layout of the situation in order to understand everything and give advice. I've had cases where I did fold with two pairs, but this is a very rare case.

It seems that your opponent blufs. Bets are to test Your hand and final all-in move is to scare You of. Maybe he has one pair but not more.
