Wow, didn't even know online poker was available 17 years ago!
Kind of disagree with all 3 of what you said though.
1: I can find examples which come up nearly always in MTT/SNG's where you will be playing an Ace rag in a profitable situation.
2: You will always have to play OOP with some hands which yield more EV by calling as opposed to just folding, just because we are OOP.
3: Basically with this statement, you're saying always play the nuts to the river and fold if you're not 100% sure you have at least a chop with the player. Doesn't seem optimal.
Example; How can folding Ace high for example on a 449 flop be profitable vs someone who opens 50% of hands and makes a CB 100% of the time? We're not 100% sure we have the best hand in this spot, but there is a decent percentage of the time we do have the best hand. The list goes on.
