Hi guys, before to go on my topic, I want to thank to all of the people who helped me and shared their opinions at the first topic i've made. Since i found this forum, i haven't missed a day without visiting it, all of you people are very kind and willing to help always, keep it up guys!
Now on my topic.
A hour ago i finished my session, as ussual before i go to sleep, I am spending 1 hour of analyzing the hand's I've played, but this time I would love to share some of them to you. Every advice is much apreciated!
I am playing 0.2/0.5 NLHE
Hand, N;1
In this hand i decide to ask for advice, from you, cuz i can't realize was it a a cooler or just big mistake by me overplaying agressively my hand.
Hero, KQ(OOP), raises villain who is in position and who i can define as a TAG like me.
Hero raises to 0.10c/villain re-raise for 0.40c
Hero calls.
Flop: 2, 3, 7, (rainbow)
Hero checks, Villain bets the pot, Hero calls.
Flop: 2, 3, 7, Qx, ( here is the biggest mistake i've made in my opinion).
Hero checks, Villain bets again the pot and i decide to shove, Why? Because i had a history with this guy doing exact same thing over betting with the "air".
Villain calls, shows AQs, wins total pot of 7$.
Hand N;2
Here i decide to do something, which is like fuking habit for me and i can't remove it yet from myself chasing streight and eventually a flush, and after i didn't hit it i decide to stonecold bluff. Here we go
Hero J10c(IP) doing standard raise 3x, 2 callers.
Flop: Ac, 2c, Qd,8h,2x
Hero throws cbet, villain calls, 3th guy fold.
Hero throws a big cbet so this guy has a fold equity and is gonna fold any low ace.
Well, it didn't happen, Villain calls and here i decide to bluff with the 3 dollars i had left and i shoved, also the pot was already like 2.30.
He snap called and shows A7x
These were the hands i've lost with, this night.
Here, I would like to also ask for an opinion.
While analyzing my hands, i've noticed something, which is costing me a lot.
Let me give an examples.
I have AQ, Aj, Ak, JK, Qj,(OOP). I raise and some other guy re-raise. I call and i didn't hit anything on the flop. Then, if i check most of the people are betting the pot and I'm forced to give it up. In some other cases i decide to see a turn card, if i don't hit again, i just don't try for a river, cuz it's gonna cost me even more. And i've lost like, more than 4-5$ by doing it, in one session.
Here i wanna talk about something which saw in a site and i'm curious to know your opinion.
I've deposited total of 130$ in the beginning of February.
Since then, till now I've earned total of 90$(I don't have any profit, cuz i usually bust after 2 days), which 60$ are from SNG's. This makes me think to stop playing cash games, untill i learn the discipline and to stop gamble in cash games. I like to play SnG's, But i LOVE to play cash games, but result's are just so bad. Everytime, when i decide that i'm gonna do better the next week. I'm busting the same way, by gambling. I know something like "Every time i fail, is one step forward". Should i just follow what i love to do, or to do the smarter thing in this case.
Thank you guys, for the time you spent at this topic.
