Having issues deciding when to c/b/r w/ low pairs in EP

Im never sure when to r/c when holding low pp in ep. Does anyone have a guide or suggesstions on how best to decide?

It would help you to get some advise if you're more specific. What game, stakes, number of opponents, etc etc

I just call in ep but if anyone goes all in i fold.
thats a good card to see a flop but if u miss flop just fold
