Ok, I´m really a beginner myself, but I´d say this:
It depends on the size of your stack
: If your Stack is very small, and you´re about to get "eaten up" by the blinds, then this is your chance to gain some chips.
Also the overall situation of the Tournament is important
: If you have a decent stack, and your only a few players away from the bubble, then maybe you just want to play it safe to make it to the bubble and get paid.
The player who is shoving all-in also is to be considered
: Is he playing loose and has a big stack, maybe he is just trying to steal the pot.
In general is it of course an option to call with AA, because many player will go all-in with a pocket pair like 10-10 or JJ. I think it depends on your stack and the position in relation to the bubble!
