this hand wins but why ??

hey all trying to learn texas hold em poker and was watching world series other night but got very lost when some won this hand.

player 1 has Ad 3d
player 2 has 6c 6h
the flop is Ac 4d Qs turn was As river was 6D

player 2 ended up winning the hand with 36s but i dont understand how that can beat 3 aces can any one explain pls??

Player 2 has a full house

Player 1 has trip Aces.
Player 2 has a full house (6c,6h,6d,Ac,As,)

That's some funny stuff. Should be required reading.

I just started playing poker online. I always just notice the trips vs trips and think how did that win and have to go back and look through the hand history to see that someone had a fullhouse. Im still working on processing everything faster.

You just started, and by most measures I'm an old hand at online poker and I"M STILL CONFUSED at times and have to go back to see what happened.

OP said his was on TV, unless he was recording it, he couldn't go back.

I've made that mistake plenty of times lol! I would be playing with my buddies down the hall, "somehow" lose, and feel horrible as all of them laughed their asses off when they saw my look of dawning comprehension.
