Hand Reviewing Process

What process do you take when hand reviewing?

I read from a book that asking WHY? 5 times on each betting line works. For hands to review, 4 biggest winners of last session, 4 biggest losing from last session and 4 random showdowns where the pot was between 20-40BB from last session.


I’m looking to try different ways, (using HEM2) where I can take any hand and review...and take something away from it too.
