I am trying to learn to learn how to read hands. Is there an App or a website that I can use to see possible flop, turn, river scenarios so I can just work on estimating the possible hole cards that would fit board? I want to get better at seeing how the board changes and how it might affect an opponents starting ranges.

All you need is a HUD and a good hand sample. As you are getting to the river his range is narrowing down on every street based on your and his actions.
You can also use flopzilla which is a very good tool to determine how his range hits certain flops, turns and rivers so you can think a profitable bluff lines or thin value bets.
If you have the money i would also say pokerSnowie is an excellent app. You basically play 6max or FR against computers with the lines you would normally take and after it shows you, based on a GTO standpoint, where and how big of mistakes you made.
I think you have a trial period on all 3 products so go and check them out.

I am not so much looking for a software that will play for me as so much as a software that will just run flop, turn, and river for me. I just want to get better at seeing what is on the board, and then narrowing possible hand ranges down as the hand plays out. I guess I would be looking for a realistic Texas Hold Em' simulator.

Then try out Flopzilla. You have 15 trial days i think and if you find it good you can buy for something like 40$.

Word, and thank you. It's a 7 day trial, and then a 1 time $25 fee. Seems like exactly what I am looking for.
