Hello guys, I'm new to the forum and a beginner in poker so I would like to know how you would have played this hand.

So I was in a cash game (with play money) and I was playing against three opponents, I was on the button and opponent A was on the SB and opponent B was on the BB. They were both quite tight.

The blinds were: 5/10

I had: 970 chips
Player A had: 1,369 chips
Player B had: 390 chips

So my hole cards were 10♥️Q♠️

I decide to call the BB (I know I shouldn't have limped), player A calls (SB), and player B checks.

Now the flop comes and I flop a straight

Flop: K♠️J♠️A♣️

Player A bets 120 chips and Player B folds. Now with a board like that and counting the fact that player A is tight (and could possibly have a flush draw) I decided to just check.

Now on the turn comes J♥️ and player A checks the action to me and I decide to check back, (thinking that he might fold if I make a bet, because not only could he think that I had the straight, there was now the possibility that I could have the set of jacks).

On the river comes an 8♥️ and he checks again, now I decide to make a value bet of 520 chips and Player A folds and I receive a pot of 258 chips.

How would you have played to extract more value from Player A?

How do you check when the player bet 120 on the flop? I would have reraised after the flop to see where he/she stands. I wouldn't slowplay or limp with two spades out there on the flop.

You got to realize too, this is for play money.

Sorry, I meant call. Thanks for your reply though, that's what I thought, he probably had an Ace or a King so he would probably have called if I raised him and I should probably have raised pre flop as well.
