Hi,

Arent gto-plays attackeble by playing exploitative.
When villian has plan about our gto play and/or reads he can exploit us.

Asking this in a different perspective. If we have reads on villian, should we play exploitative instead of gto and therefore differ from gto?

GTO are by definition strategies that are maximally exploitative against each other. So...in theory, if I had a GTO solution I could give it to you ("this is how my range looks like when I raise you to 2.5x on a Kh8s9s flop after flatting your MP open on the CO") and you still could not improve your EV other than by just playing GTO yourself.

Yes!

(Edit: Unless villain is playing GTO himself of course, because by definition...... :) But nobody knows a GTO strategy for Holdem yet, so...)
