Greater variance with aggression?
Wondering about this. I'm working on becoming more aggressive as per advice from other players. On flop and turn and less willing to fold on the river when I've put on the pressure up to that point. It's most likely that I'm still wobbly on my feet with these efforts and experiencing more loss as a result.
Regardless, I'm curious. With aggressive play, is there greater variance? Seems logical that there might be because more is being put on the line where it's being used. I don't want to do myself a disservice by not taking this into account. By the same token, I don't want to use it as an excuse, if it's not the case.
