Always utilising position and play a very solid range, no ace rags, no rags full stop usual drill.
If you were to assess every hand you've played upto now in your poker career the closer you are to the button almost always will show a higher profit rate - That's important to always know, especially in like zoom in my opinion

Also bearing in mind most players will be waiting for good spots themselves playing aggressive can often be profitable since they would rather get
out of the hand post flop than fight for something they have completely missed, they also wont know your game too well so respecting aggression is kind of mandatory.

Balance it up, have spells of both or a blend of both, get a feel of whats working

It might be simple answer, but if you suck at zoom (which I don't know what game this is), then stick to tournaments - what you're good at.

There is nothing to advise, you still have to play reg tournaments, because in PS not much Zoom MTT, You can not have a big profit...

I'm guessing your talking about cash game zoom? You just need to play reasonably tight and fold marginal hands post flop, I often find I lose money when I try and bluff postflop. Just be patient and when you hit something nice take it to value town!

Honestly, odds are that you aren't good at tournaments, either, but that variance has been kind to you so far in tournaments. In the long run, if you can't win at cash games then you'll most likely be a losing tournament player as well.

Sure, there are differences between cash games and poker --- but they are minor in relation to the similarities. Good poker is good poker and will win in the long run in either format.

Good luck.

There are very significant differences between the play in tournaments and cash games.
There is no pressure from rising blinds and antes in cash games this primarily means you don't have to push hard in marginal spots in cash games like you have to in tournament s . You need the patience to wait for good situations and realise that Top pair top kicker is usually not good enough when lots of money is being shovelled into the pot in a cash game during post flop play.
First off get off the zoom/rush tables. imho this form of poker is significantly harder than normal speed as initially you have much less information on the other players in the pool. This form of poker is much more aggressive as well just avoid it until you can beat normal speed tables.
On a single table you will be able to pick up notes and reads on who plays tight and loose and be able to adjust accordingly.
