How to deal when a player that you dont have so much information check raise you on the flop? When you have an ok hand like middle pair or a overpair in a wet board and when you are completely air, or with some backdoors outs

Post specific hands please. Way too many variables to give any answer other than "It depends" otherwise.

Generally I fold unless I have a few draws. If my stack size is deep I may call. Then when the turn comes and my opponent checks, I'd check again (don't want to be trapped) to see a free card. If I hit a monster hand I'll take advantage of the villain's false security.

Otherwise it's almost always a fold. Check-raising is a sign of strength. If you hit air it's not worth trying to steal the pot, chances are the flop hit him.

Unless they are fairly experienced, a check raise will usually indicate a VERY strong hand, so play yours accordingly (usually fold). You said you have very little knowledge about them so assume that they are average player and give them credit for a good hand. Continue to watch them to get more information so you will know what to do next time.

If they are raising and we don't have like top pair good kicker and no draw to improve its a easy fold, easy to fold second pair because we don't have information in some cases we have the best hand but is better to fold in the flop... If we are going to river and then fold we will loose chips and we don't want that, but if is a good spot to us, let's only call and analyse the turn.....
Normally a raise in the turn shows a lotof strength remember that..

It really depends on action pre-flop, your position at the table, and board texture. Often times a check raise can indicate a heavy drawing hand, such as a flush draw with a pair or a couple overs. But there are way too many variables in play to give you any answer other than "it depends."
