Hi!

Is there any difference in game strategy if I play cash game or tournaments.. Some people say that cash game is more agressive than tournaments. Please let me know your experience. Thanks!

in the tournament you can win more than in the cache with a small buy-in, but for a longer time (at the primary level have to play tight, but in the end agressivono). and cache often play aggressively, if you lose, you can make up your stack.

With a cash game you can come and go as you please, shorten sessions suit players without hours to sit in tournaments.

Cash games allow you to sit with a minimum and maximum amount of cash, causing disparities at the table.

Blinds never go up, they are constant so you can be more patient, whereas in tournaments they rise, force play and in the end conclude a tournament.

You can acquire better reads on your opponents because they are lifted and moved or eliminated as in tournaments.

You are permitted to leave at any time, taking your profits (try that in a tournament - wink).

In tournaments, cards and chip stack size can be very fluid, so cards you would play in a cash game, you may be forced to play in a tournament.

One thing is constant though: Patience Discipline, Skill and Knowledge lead to victories in both type encounters.

This could turn into a killer thread if others would comment on the differences between the two.

ofc there is cuz in cash game there is only one table andwhen you win an all in youre double up in USD and in tournament there is muchmore work. You have to survive early and mid phase of the tournament withoutrisking all your money:D

tournament is more situational. Cash game you can rebuy if you lose your stack. Tourney you have to build your stack, use it aggressively but yet protect it against bigger stacks bullying the table. In both games, you need good cards at the right time. Tourney requires more patience IMHO
