How much money would you suggest is necessary to have before playing sit and go's? I'm trying to build up my bankroll from freerolls.

If you are trying to build a bankroll without depositing then my suggestion would be as soon as you have at least 25c you jump in a 25c 45man as these are great for building from a small amount. Since you want to try and get the br building quickly there isn't really any point in having funds won from freerolls sitting there and not being put to use as it will only slow the progress.

Best of luck.

I agree, whatever game you're going to play, playing the smallest you can as soon as you can is good.

You really only need BRM to tell you how big you can play, how much you need to deposit to play a level, or when to move down before you go broke.

So I would just keep playing the smallest sit n go's you can while you have money.

I would say depending on if it is reentry or not I would play the 55cent on demands at winning network... u can usually win like 10 bucks or so from that off a low br... good luck

Its going to be extremely difficult without depositing. If you can deposit the min and go from their that would be best

If you are starting with nothing then I would be much more aggressive with my bankroll approach. As soon as you get some money I would start investing in the smaller games listed above. Feed off that until you can start affording a larger game that costs not more than 10%. As you increase in bankroll I'd start decreasing the percentage of risk.

Many sites offer really good guarantees for as little as .25
those are great for increasing your bankroll quickly

What site do you play at? If you play at pokerstars, I recommend trying the $0.02 990-man Hyper-turbo Sit & Go's. If you play you're best game I believe that you can get your BR (bankroll) to $10 within 50 games played of these SNGs. Also, sometimes they give you a ticket worth like $0.50 by playing 3 of any SNG. That's a free $0.44 right there.

How much money would you suggest is necessary to have before playing sit and go's? I'm trying to build up my bankroll from freerolls.

Participate in leaderboards, like pokerschool open or bankrollmob one. Over long time it's actually a skill edge, not luck, so if you got skill, you can reap some nice rewards to kickstart your bankroll.

If you want to build a good BR from freerolls, I would say to try Full Flush. They have some big freerolls. On Friday night they have a $500 one, and I have to say that most of the players don't play crazy in these. But yes you are going to run into the bingo players, but if you play tight early on, most of those will be gone. GL to you

Freerolls are such a waste of time. The field is too big and the variance is too crazy to be successful.

Depends on, what tournaments you gather to play . Your bank must be equal 100 bains. Honestly your choice is very strange, sit and go's not those tournaments where it is possible well to play in plus, but choice after you.

Freerolls are not a waste of time. Playing freerolls a couple times a week, I have been able to build a bankroll of just over fifty dollars on the sites that I have not deposited at. When I made my first dollar, I was able to build that up to three dollars by playing SNGs for as low as five cents on BetOnline. I also played two sessions of NL2 and a few heads-up SNGs. Since then, I went ahead and deposited on other sites, and I have been playing only freerolls on the sites where I have not deposited. If I were to focus my time on the sites where I have not deposited and in games other than freerolls, I am sure that my bankroll would be even larger, and it all started from playing only freerolls.

When new, freerolls are never a waste of time, unless you like to waste time. You can practice so much without pressure (patience, discipline, strategies, etc.), while trying to understand why your opponents are betting (amount), from their positions, etc.

Some sites offer $5 or $10 FREE if you know their promo code to download.

When you are playing poker, watch someone playing on twitch or enjoy tons of coaching videos on You Tube (most of them are FREE).

Learn so you can earn! Good Luck

Well, if you want to build BR from freerolls, I suggest forgetting about BRM until you get like 5$ and when you hit those 5$(or whatever lowest amount you need to have 30BI for sit n gos) and then employ very strict BRM

The good thing of freeroll is that you never spend money, but you'll play with a lot of weak players, and that players play any-two cards e you can lost easily... Just play tight-agressive until you have somethin like more then 70-100 buy ins to play sits... bbut normally with 50 buy ins it safe

Think about the money as a way to buy tickets to play for more expensive games. it would help to increase your BR

I really think this depends on your own comfort level in beating the game. I recently started on ACR to see if I could build a roll from zero (Dec 26th). I got third in a freeroll for $1.10 and then they gave me $5 to "try their real money games" lol. Now I have $28. This is playing very sparingly. I started out at $1.50 sit and go's. I think it's the lowest they offer and am still playing that level. Just build your roll to where you think you have enough bullets to do some damage before going bust. Only you really know the answer to that. Me, I felt comfortable playing $1.50 with a $6.10 roll.
