I have had to show this hand! There's a lot of players who like to see every flop, right?
Do not do it! I threw my cards (J9s) before the flop after a small raise ..
Had I seen the flop I would have been out of the game now!
3th place!! The worst hand!
This is the best school, free!

Obviously you had luck with that fold, otherwise - in such late stage, no escape from such flop :D:D:D:D

Wow. Fold J9s UTG after a preflop raise.

Let me write this down so I don't forget.

All sarcasm aside, let's not ignore the fact that you open limped with J9s UTG. So, there's that. Then, lets assume MP1 min-raised it to 20K. When it gets to you, you only have to call 10K to win a pot of 58.5K, getting 5.8:1 odds to call. Even if MP1 made it 25K preflop, you're still getting ~4.6:1 to call. And you close the action.

So, your limp in was bad and your preflop fold was bad.

And, on top of all that, it sounds like you might be result oriented.

...What's the free lesson here?

I like your sarcasm. No problem, I like people who think they know best.
Lesson? You play with this cards out of position and you'll lose all your money!
What would happen if I walked into this hand? Would I could throw my hand on flop? Pfff...

I wonder more that someone called with J8o. Or did he raise pre-flop?

Never said I know best. Just pointing out errors you made in the hand.

You do realize that if no one raised preflop, you would have played the hand, completely going against your "lesson". And your so called "lessons" is a result oriented one.

I totally agree with ohshootmybad. This is not by any standard valuable lesson. This is just some cooler situation. J9s is not "every hand", it is playable hand that could totally be part of your UTG open raise range with ante when you are 50BB deep. The mistake that you made is actually that you limped (as far as I understood). If you raise and get 3bet you can fold J9s without too much hestiation oop, but when you limp, you have no idea if the raise behind is just to punish your limp or because of strong holding. Also, you get very good odds to call, but this is because you put yourself into this spot in the first place.
