Get some read (books and many thread in this forum), and try to identify what u do wrong. Post ur hands that u think u made something wrong and see what people sugest u to do. After that start to change the way u play and see some results.

Does pokerstars school also help? or is it all just show?

Read some books, pick a ONE thing to work on at a time and put some honest effort into it. Reevaluate your play afterwards. Read the forum, participate in discussions and be open to others ideas. Watch the table when you are not in hands and practice reading opponents, calculating pot odds and equity. Constant practice creates constant improvement.

This is why you're not winning. You got good advice yet are looking for a short cut. Do you think Steph Curry just watched a couple basketball games and was like.... Dude I got this? No. Of course not. He put in countless hours honing his craft. If you truly want to get better then yeah you should read a book or two. Then try again at small stakes and see how it goes. Review your play. Post hands here for feedback on questionable spots.

Of course this is if you really want to be good. If you just want to goof around a couple hours a week then never mind.

This is great advice, especially in regards to the picking one thing to work on. We live in an amazing time where you have a near unlimited amount of information right at our fingertips. practice, practice practice, study, study, study

All the above is great advice. Like ShoTyme said, there are no short cuts. You really have to apply yourself to learn. Like others have said, you can't learn it all in one day. You have to see one thing you think you need to work on and work on it for real. Then use what you have learned at the tables. My advice is not to put a lot of money into it while you are learning. Even play a lot of freerolls, but play them using what you are trying to learn. GL to you

There you go! Now you can notice something when you see it and use it to exploit your opponents. Keep up the good work!

First get all the information that you can, read books , visit poker school sites like intellipoker and get great strategy but the principal thing that you have to do is play, because playing you can learn a lot
