Facing a 4bet shove holding AK

Typically I don't usually have a problem releasing AK to a 4 bet from a full stack but I wasn't sure if this was a snap or a fold here vs a short stack.

What is the most you would call in a spot like this? I know its villain dependent but in general? 50bbs? less? more?

If the player is loose aggressive I'm almost always calling, especially at micro stakes like this. At the most u lose just a few bucks, I call this all in just about all the time. Most of the time I think he flips two face cards possibly AQ or pocket queens. If its pocket queens u still have a very decent chance of winning the hand. I make this call almost always unless the player is incredibly tight and plays very very few hands

yeah , the fact that effective stacks are less than 50bbs deep makes this an easy call IMO.

I think 50bbs and less I'm calling the vast majority of the time, after that it will become more and more villian dependent. Just the fact that it is a shortstack gives you reason to think he's fishy and he probably will stack off with worse enough to get it in.

This is a call every time IMO.

hope this doesnt show how much of a donk i am, but at that small of stakes, imcalling everytime how did the hand turn out? did they hold up?
