EVERYONE's opinion on useful HUD stats?

I want this thread to primarily be about HUD stats. Which stats are useful, and how to set the HUD up to take up fairly small proportions of the table, but still maintaining the most crucial information about the opponents. I've seen a few old forum posts about this, but I want suggestions of what stats are applicable to today's microstakes environment.

Which stats are a must-have for cash games? Which stats are needed for tournaments (both SnGs and MTTs)? Which stats should be used at the microstakes? Which stats should be replaced when moving up in stakes, and which are still important? What is your setup? Is it influenced by another player's preferred stats, for example a professional player?

Anyone who has the time to say everything they know about useful HUD stats will have my (and probably a lot of other players') appreciation. And I mean EVERYTHING you think is good to know about this topic.

hey man i have those stats :

VPIP / PFR / Total AFQ
3BET / F3BET / CBET FLOP / CBET TURN
ATT TO STEAL / FOLD TO STEAL / WTSD / WSD / LIVE AMT BB

I play micro stakes sng and mtts , i am ok for now with that set up. For a cash game in my humble opinion all of them are vital. Maybe you should also need the 4Bet stat.

I also have the players name and the notes icon[the program I have keeps some notes for my automatically which is very usefull]
