You know; one of those days. The days where you will never hit your overs but the villain always will, the days where you will be outkickered Q vs J, the days where you'll go all in with rockets and villain will flop a set, etc.

I'm having one of those days. It almost feels like I've forgotten how to win. Has anyone else had a REALLY bad day like this? It's awful. I had one player take me down on shoves in 64/36, 60/40, and lastly a 91/9 pot in a single HU game today. Brutal.

I have found online poker to be very streaky. If you start to feel like it ain't working, log off, wait a while before logging back in.

I would love for a day to happen when I never lost a hand!!! = )

It's all variance buddy, keep your head up and continue moving forward. I don't know what stakes you are playing but I have seen more stupid play in HU matches just because sometimes they want to bluff you or think you are bluffing. That happens a lot more than regular tournaments, sit and gos, and even ring games.

Sometimes you just get reamed by idiots who have lost thousands of dollars playing micros that besides hurting in your backside, you wonder if you're hallucinating because you cannot logically process how someone can be some damn lucky and it's always against you.

They must have lost all that $ to somebody, but that somebody is never you. Basically these mofos lose YOUR money to other players.

Lady Luck is the biggest bitch you'll ever meet. When you play properly, you are ahead 80%+ of the time when the coins go in, so luck is bound to be against you. I.e. you cannot lose unless you get unlucky.

Lol, yeah. I had a raise war and ended up going all in with AQ, and it turned out he had been bluffing with 37o.

Flop hits 777.

He flops quads from a single card, lol. Obviously this doesn't happen virtually ever, but wow. I didn't even know what to think. Today was not a good day.

i think every poker player has passed through the situation you described before, so just let it go, do other things, workout, biking, jogging, whatever you think can help you be on the right mood to play poker again, otherwise you could end up doing stupid moves and losing money when you shouldn´t

The longer you play, the more days you'll have where it seems nothing goes your way. All you can do is to continue making good decisions, one of which can be to stop as soon as you notice your decision-making and/or your mental / emotional state being affected.
