How to play the early stages of the tournament, at which cards you call all-in, because many players go on to all-in with bad cards in hand, on which cards you call their all-in ?

If it is a real donk fest, like in many freerolls, just wait and only call/shove AA or KK. Maybe QQ, too, but that is vulnerable and you probably won't risk to get kicked out early. This refers to all ins only. Be very cautious in EP, because someone behind you might shove.

I know this but it is difficult to fold a card like AKs, AQs, AJs, ATs, JJ and TT..If i waited best cards, very fast finds himself in a situation with little BB. Maybe we should call this cards at least in late position?

Don't be scared of blinding out. Tournament poker has big variance anyway. Be consequent in start hand selection and if you can't find a good spot with big stack, don't be afraid of push or fold once you're down to 12 BB. The short stack game is more or less mathematically solved already. If you can't stand the variance, try cash game instead.

We wait and see. Most likely, there will be weak players on your table, this is your goal. A typical weak player plays too many hands and requires too much. It is foolish to play aggressively against such autoresponders. We must try to collect a strong hand and make opponents pay. Let the blinds rise higher, and bad players will leave the game, so you can play slyly and aggressively.

Why would you want to train with no real opponents? There are plenty of freerolls on any site. But keep in mind that playing those tournaments is a completely different style. Don't try to play same style in cash games.

In the early stages of the tournament I play very tight and try to avoid difficult decisions. Tournaments are not won at an early stage. At the early stage of the tournament I call all-in only with the hands of AA, KK, QQ and AKs.

Play only with AA, even with KK play through the count, because your KK will calmly move even A2, and for a super aggressive player this is not a bad hand especially if suited. Well, of course, there is no luck without luck, if you do not succeed in driving crazy moves with such a strategy, you will believe me.

Freeroll tourney strategy?

I just played a 25.00 freeroll on BOL. First hand was KK in the UTG + 2. Raised to 130 and there was a call and a re-raise to 350 from the button. Folded to me and I called. Flop came 10-8-3 rainbow. I bet 380 (half my stack) and was called in 2 places. Turn was another 3. I shoved and was called in two places. One fellow had J8 off and the other had A-6 off. Took down pot and eliminated 2. Next hand was KK again! Again I raised to 130, got called in 3 places and took a flop. Jh - 5d - 9c. Led for half pot and player to my shipped for about 650. Late position snap raised all in for about 1500. I snap called and the hands were KK(me) Ah-6h and QJ off. Turn was 4h and river was 2h. I won side pot and A6 h took main. Couple hands later I was CO with AKh. Couple limpers and blinds to me and I raised to 150. BB called and MP raised to 800. I called BB called and flop was 10h 7d 3h. BB checks MP bets 500. I call BB folds. Turn was Qc. MP goes all in for 850 or so. I call with my 4 flush, 2 overs and gutshot. MP turns over Jc 9d. River comes 9c and he scoops the pot. I am now down to about 390, a few hands later I pick up KcJd and with blinds @ 20-40 I ship remaining 330 and get beat by A-8 off when an 8 hits the board. This is pretty typical for how these freerolls go for me these days. Sometimes I am card dead and blind out waiting for a spot and then ship when I am near 10 BBs and get a playable hand. I have lost the last 6 of these or so. I am just chalking it up to freeroll tourneys being as another player said, a lottery. I am playing one more BOL fr now then calling it a night. Wish me luck. LOLOLOL...

On bingo stage of tournament(this usual last first hour or til rebuy ends) my goal is to survive and i play passive as much i can i wait monster hands to call their all ins and with high hands i just call no raise nothing AK- i just call if i see the flop than i change from check fold to raise re-raise even all in.I must admit i like more rebuy tournaments.I had a incredible luck on 1 of them all table all in i had AQ:h: and on flop flush was complete so after the first hand i was 15k stack well thats alot of luck.
Thats the way i manage the bingo stage of tournaments.

I also often just call cards like AKs, AKs.., and wait the flop, many times I fell out of these cards.

Bingo poker

Well just figured I would report in from that last FR on BOL. We are down to 40 players and I have a low average stack (11K). I am on the button and find Q-10 of hearts. blinds and 1 limper and I make it 3.5 bb (400-800) to go. Blinds fold and the flop is 8h 9h 10c. Limper jams for 11k and after debating folding top pair with a straight flush redraw I make the call. Limper had Jd 8c.Turn comes 7s and river bricks a 3d, he scoops the pot and we are out!!. Sick, ridiculous plays. Even if its a free roll these fish act like their time is worthless and don't even use this as a learning experience. If I wasn't medicated right now and couldn't sleep I would not even bother with these FRs. :joyman:

I personally play AK against an aggressive reraise player, but you need to see and feel the situation, how the table played before, who plays what, who is conservative and who is very aggressive, it all depends on this and of course on the stage of the tournament

At the beginning of the tournament, it's good to call with Moderate Card..
"especially in freeroll" all players in this tournamets playing aggressively In order to create a good stack for the follow up

My opinion, if you have Α and anything other "call"
:D

To be honest, if is a site freeroll that runs on average every hour, I go for the quick double, triple, quad-up right off the bat. Then I horde my chip and go into TAG mode.

really? I don't think so. Never limp into a pot. Always raise or fold. What is the purpose of limping in with A high to a pot where it'll always be vulnerable?

And also if you limp in out of position, you are throwing away chips to aggressive players.

My advice is play very tight in the early stages, and go to a pot with possibly 1 or 2 players with a strong pair or AK or another good suited connector. Perhaps A high suited depending on position.
In the early stages it's not worth to play a lot of hands cause you'll be just bait. play tight as possible and aggressive.
