right guys i know this is a stupid question and i will get laughed at but i cant find the answer on google so here it goes

if i have JACK QUEEN and the flop comes JKA turn TEN.........and the villian has QUEEN KING.....who wins?....is it a split pot or will the villian win with the higher overcards to the straight..........thanks

Well if no-one has made a flush then it's a split pot.

You both have a straight TJQKA. The best 5 card hand wins in holdem so the kicker is irrelevant here.

As of the turn it is a split pot but the river could change it all. If hes on a flush draw or another k or q hits his full house trumps you.

No, if another King or Queen hits he doesn't get a full house. He would still have a straight, unless he hit a flush.

This^ ... and the important bit, which seems to be the bit that is confusing you, is that once you both have a straight (5 cards) the other cards are of no importance (unless as stated they are suited and one of you can make a flush)
