I had an amazing month of poker I only play low limits but I was on a heater I peeked my bankroll and stared play some tournament's out of my budget and also moved up in limits Anyway lost about 30% of my bankroll in one night moved back down in limits and over the next week and a half I lost almost 80% I have had a few days off and come back and I started winning again but have almost nothing left and cant really afford to re-stack my bankroll I have about 4 stacks left should I start from scratch or risk it for the biscuit I am also new to tournaments With only a few minor win it hasn't helped but has eat a bit of my bankroll any ideas of how to deal with this I think I may be still on tilt because I still find my self playing stupid any advice would be much appreciated

Hey BDG, downswings are inevitable. Perhaps you might have been playing a little outside correct BRM, but you would have to provide some details on the situation to determine that?

What was your BR, limits you were playing etc. Also when you began to play the tournaments what kind of bi's were you playing perhaps that was outside your bankroll as well. Would seem to me that perhaps your attempt to mix both cash and tournaments, especially if playing them at the same time might have been a problem for your game. They are essentially played differently, and have differences in mindset to play the best strategy.

You have indicated you are not able to make a deposit to restack your br so why would you take a shot with what you have left. Continue to grind out the micro cash (assume that is where your playing, 1c/2c unless new info indicates any difference), or play the 10c 360 man turbo mtt's, or the 25c 45 and 90 man normal speed mtt's. Pstars has great micro mtt selections, and although the turbos get a little crazy with the blinds for 10c the bink on it is over 6$, for the slower and more time to play poker game go with the 25c 45 or 90 man's which are like 3+ and 6+ for the top cash i do believe.

If you wanna provide some more details could perhaps provide some better direction on your issues and where to go from here.
