Ok so night before last I was at a new venue for me playing in a weekly tourney.

So half way through the night one of the regulars talked way too much.

I had been playing a very good TAG game but at a certain point I noticed people starting to murmur a little about my pre flop raises, so I showed AK after everyone flopped, just to keep people on the same page so to speak.

Well the guy to my right who from what I gathered was a regular winner at this venue told me that he had had AK 4 or 5 times and folded it every time because it did not hit on the flop. How could I move in so hard with such a hand?

I can not wait for him to get to my left next game.

Be careful about what you say at the table about the hand you play and how you play them. Well unless you are being tricky.;)

My input.

Here's BigDaddyConRon's Goal. First a description. Scott Fishman had a pair of queen's twice. He was going up against Doyal Alexander. He was waiting for Doyal Alexander to have slick.

What is your angle on figuring out this situation.

How is he to know when he has big slick, AA , KK, QQ if it is played the same way every time? If big slick is up against QQ, it is a coin flip at worst. big slick is going to run into trouble now and then and hence the reason I do not like to go all in pre flop for the most part.

Playing live like I do, I am also looking at any clues my opponent is giving me. I desperately try to play with people with less skill than myself. I am a hunter looking for prey not a gambler.
