Learn to shrug bad beats off. They do nothing for you and getting mad over something you have no control over doesn't make any sense. You can't control what cards your opponent plays and you cant control what cards come out on the board. As long as you're making +EV decisions and getting your money in good, that's all that matters. Don't worry about results. Focus on decisions, not results.
