I think the most important thing is to enjoy making the right play even when you lose. That way you can reload and find a way to win because you aren't tilting... while the other guy is emotionally invested in winning with worse hands.

Only after i won a tournament. To be honest the way i see it is just numbers moving from one player to another, so there's no point for me feeling happy with winning, but that's because i don't get involved in the game. Another thing very differently would be if i would be playing for fun.
