It all depend of your experience and background in poker. If you already have the foundation I would recomend you Small Stakes NL Holdem. But you can learn in any free content displayed in websites like pokerstrategy.

I started poker with a small deposit of $ 5, played anyhow and realized that there wouldn’t be a della, I started playing only tournaments from setelites. There is a long exhausting game, it gives endurance to the tournament itself and a small bank roll is played. First of all, you need patience, since poker tournaments are primarily time, fewer stakes, if you have a small bankroll, many people play aggressively and don’t really strain at the expense of $ 2 expect that there will be many all-ins. And I wish you a good card, because without a good card even the best players in the world would not be the best

I would recommend the book called "Let there be range" by Tri "Slowhabit" Nguyen. It is a good read if you already have your fundamentals in the right place. The main focus of this one is to teach you how to think about and construct proper ranges.

In my opinion, anyone who is serious about poker should read this book:
"The Poker Mindset" Ian Taylor & Matthew Hilger.
