I'm trying to incorporate bet sizing tells into my poker game and using this to either bluff an opponent off a hand or call down with a more weaker holding. Sometimes players will bet 2/4 of the pot with a good hand, but then will bet 3/4 or more as a bluff which can be a good opportunity to reraise or call down with more marginal holdings. Do you use bet sizing in your opponent analysis or is this something which most people don't use as much now?

I think with basic terms, a small bet is to entice the villain to call, where as a bigger bet is to entice a fold.

You need to study your opponents though for a while to make sure this is the strategy they are employing. Some people will just bet the same amount (1/2, 2/3, 3/4 pot etc) all the time so you cant get a read.

Good observation but sometimes, other people would change style and might make our decision wrong.

Agree above to observe opponent for some time. If he does it 3x or more, we can say he will do it again next.

sometimes, but i also think that you can still use bet sizing to exploit many opponents
