In my opinion a good raise before the all in is better.

Would be easier to answer with more info like stack sizes and blinds.

I need more information.

Amount of your chips and opponents. BBS. Midle or end tornament?

If you have 10 bbs it's all easy. If you have more than 20 bbs, and no increase, you increase.
If someone has already increased, you can 3bet depending on the chips and the reading that you have of this opponent.

you are 50BB deep. Why would you shove 66? It could be easily beaten by any higher pair or a high card hitting the flop.

It all depends on the opponent, the situation & the stage of the tournament.
But 66 is not that great of a hand and not worth the risk.

you have position as well. Just make a call and see what's what

What would your answer be if you put your opponent on a pair of face cards.

I think a shove here is not the optimal play with 50 BB. You are likely flipping at best or significantly behind. A reraise would be my play. I'd prefer to not risk so much on a small pair. If I'm going to risk my tournament life I'd prefer a better hand then 66.

I completely agree with Alucard here. You shouldnt shove. If he raised a small amount you can flat, and if you dont hit 6 or straight draw on the flop you can still fold if he raises. Dont risk your whole stack on a 66 if you're not short.

66 is not a good card for all-you bet, players can have an older pair only if you look at the flop and then decide whether to fold or you have a straight draw or set and you can take risks

You can go all-in if you want... LOL!

If they call with AJ or something and miss it, you can smile happily.

I would definitely not go all-in in that situation.Although if you decide to go for some abnormal reason you should definitely go all-in.

If it were a survey, almost no one would answer. Because there is very little information to be a closed question (yes or no)

Papijoy, I recommend that you include more details and that way we can help you to solve your doubt. As it is described and did not go allin

It depends a lot on the situation. At the beginning of the tournament, I'll just raise to 3bb. In the middle of the tournament, this depends on the size of the stack and blinds. At the last table, there are more opportunities for the allin.
