I guess you think about avatars, I turn off them everywhere if I can. The most annoying avatars are in PS IMO.

I accidentally Went allin when i reached for the mouse! Oops

I once thought I could see a guys hand because his avatar was pocket aces!! I thought the game was glitching and it actually had me fold when I first saw it (not that i would have called with my hand anyways)

Some people say take avatars off but I say keep them on - it helps you spot regular players quicker when you're playing say 10 tables at once.

Dogs playing poker... including my own. His face is seen by players all over the world. My trbute to him.
Other avatars don't cut it as they don't seem as personal. I am suspicious of beautiful women ones, a ploy to sugardaddy your chips away. Ha ha.
And they are more easier to recognize so you know players. Some chat and you get to know them. And that's a plus.
So far, I have had a 5 dog avatars at the table, one day I hope to see all 9 seats filled with canines going all-in with K-9....

If i find the avatar's annoying i just turn them off.

Why is everyone even looking at the avatars the cards and bet sizes are more important.

Yep. Bet sizes more important. I dont get distracted by people's avatars. I do however, when somebody talks to me in person or the phone rings. So its these things that you must ignore when in a game that matters to you, not the avatars.

i used to care about other people av's and how they affect on me and how i relate a player with the av, then i started learning poker...

I usually block all the ugly and irritating avatars at my pokerstars tables and so i only see nice/happy/beautiful/funny/inspiring avatars and so my session is always a pleasant play experience

Well i am new to the poker scene and i was very releafead(cansomonegrammarcheckmyspelling) when i found turn avatars off!

Still struggling with the part when someone speaks to me or the phone rings! Let me know if u figure out that one ; )
