As in title, which would you recommend ? where do less beginners play? Is it 6max?

Im a beginner myself but with a good bankroll management i would like to move up but i need to know where is it less likely to meet players that are too loose and call/raise with weak hands?

Beginners seem to be more comfortable with FR than 6 Max if that's what you're asking. I think it's because there's a lower percentage of action seats. What I mean by this is that most new players feel out of their element and worry about misplaying hands vs more experienced players. Full Ring tables offer more opportunities to just sit back and watch the action if they wish as you only pay the blinds 22% of the hands rather than 33% at 6 Max. This doesn't mean that the FR games are looser by any means, they're not. 6 Max games should be and are alot looser for exactly the reason I mentioned above. Because there are fewer players to act behind in 6 Max, you should be opening with a wider range of hands. Because of this, hand reading becomes much more difficult. IMO playing 6 max requires more experience and skill than FR so if you are just beginning FR is probably a safer bet. But if you're serious about become a well rounded player you should mix in some 6 max and HU sessions as well. You can't learn unless you're occasionally willing to venture outside your comfort zone.

Hope this was helpful. GL

This is probably the wrong question... If you are playing players that raise and call too much, all you need to be doing is betting your value hands and bluffing much less, and they'll be shipping you chips...

Why would you want to avoid players who play weak hands?

^^^this.

on a side note, 6 max is more aggressive. Post flop play is tougher because of this.

OP, I have read and answered other posts of yours. I wish you luck at the tables and with your goals, but you should spend a LOT of time getting the basics down, and getting more familiar with today's HE game. I say this cause you should be happy with players who play weak hands. On the other hand, you have to be able to hand read good enough to exploit this if and when it happens. So you wanting to avoid it (players playing weak hands) says you need to learn a lot more.

6 max is less boring for the obvious reasons, but you'll probably find better players there.

i understand its better to play people that play weaker hands as they will put in their money but the problem is that if they overbet with a weak hand i will most likely fold as i will think they have a strong hand

Nothing wrong with folding, it's something most micro stakes players don't understand.

This is a good point, but one thing you can do to make FR a little more tolerable is playing one extra table this way you get a chance to work through the motions a bit more.

No offense, but this is pretty much the definition of weak-tight play, and it makes their highly exploitable play correct strategy against you. If you know that a player is making moves often, then you need to adjust your calling range accordingly. This will mean making some thin calls/raises that you may not be completely sure about, and sometimes maniacs will show up with a real hand and you will lose the pot. But in the long run these are the most profitable opponents you can find and you should seek them out.
