When you defend the blinds it depends on a few things. The first thing is the position of the raiser, if he's in the button you can defend with a wider range than you can if UTG raised. Also, it depends a lot on the player. If you've been at a table for a while and someone raises everytime you're in the BB you can start to widen your defense range because you know that most likely they're trying to steal the blind from you. I think a good defense range against anyone that you don't really know how they're playing is something like 55+, Axs, and high suited connectors because they have higher implied odds and can flop really nice hands that can really dominate the villians range from MP or LP. 3betting from the BB isn't something I do a lot except with top hands mostly just AA, KK, AKs/o simply because you most likely will be playing OOP the rest of the hand and you don't want to put to much into the pot preflop and risk having to make tougher decisions post flop and beyond.

With all that being said if I have bad cards (ex: 72o) I don't have a problem folding to aggression because you can make a lot more money in LP than you'll lose getting your blinds stolen here and there.

To defend your blinds you have to pick your spots, cant do it all the time, especially with really bad cards.

If I have bad hands I do not defend it because generaly I will lose chips,so I fold.

there is not a definite clear answer, as stated above there are variables to take in to consideration. Some times I defend sometimes I just let it go.

It depends on the position of the player, if the player raises next to you, he is raiser for every 2-3 hand then chances he dont have good hand , he may just bluffing, but if the raise from player far position then chances are good he have some pairs in hand or higher card to challenge him, so i prefer to go as defensive based on cards in hand...

Personally, I would rather not defend them. Why do you want to defend the worst positions in poker? Let them go for a small raise? no. If someone really wants my small amount of chips in early rounds they can have them. Especially when you play back at the raiser a good amount of time they are too hard headed to fold.
You got caught, fold to my re-raise. lol They will play their 82o to the last chip.
If players in position to steal are smart enough to not do it every time, it works out better for both of us.
When I steal your blinds it would be in your best interest to have some good cards. Only once in a great while will I blatantly steal with bad cards.
