Wassup fellow poker men and women. I'm a young player gaining experience daily mostly pounding out SNG's on bovada. I split my time maybe 60/40 with MTT's, the 40 being MTT's. I know without a huge bankroll I probably shouldn't be playing as many MTT's as I do but I've had enough success in SNG's to convince myself I can afford it. Anyway, I won a satellite tourney and can take a seat at a tourney I usually couldn't afford to buy in. My dilemma is whether or not to enter the biggest payout tourney where more people will be entering or to go for a smaller guaranteed payout tourney that will have about 250 less people enter.

Also if you have any suggestions on what tourneys I should be entering, around what time of the day, or any other advice I'd greatly appreciate feedback... I've built a small bankroll up from a $75 initial deposit up to $488. Honestly would have a bit more if I hadn't wasted a lot of my time in MTT's early on.

Play what ever you feel comfortable playin, coz every time u play under pressure ull crack up, and bad things always come out of playin under pressure, so if u think u can play pressure free on bigger buy in tournaments by all means play them, but like u said its mb better if u play smaller buyins tourneys that u know ull cash in, coz at the end of the day its all bout them god damn money :D and mb if u finish in ITM enough times in small buyins then eventually u can take shots at the bigger buyins, just a thought :D

I personally like the bigger fields. There are more bad players and it pays more places (easier to get to the money). In large fields I can often take very little risks and make the money. After that I can look to play bigger pots with bigger blinds and antes. Just keep your stack ahead of the blinds and wait for good hands.

In smaller tournaments the better players are forced together earlier and it certainly be a tougher cash.

For your bankroll I like playing The Bigs 2,20~4,40 on Stars, 4,50 180-man Sng, also on Stars, and 5,50 Featherweight on party poker.
