Its a part of the game and affects us all, knowing how to deal with it is important if you want to be a winning player.

There's a book out there called "Your Worst Poker Enemy", written by a guy named Schoonmaker who's a psychologist and a poker player.

Its a very interesting read and it'll help you address the mental side of your game if its of concern to you.

I am just about finished with "the poker mindset", pretty good for your all around mental approach to the game including tilt.

Everyone has gone on tilt at least once. I lost my entire bankroll on tilt once. It was only 50 dollars though so not a big deal. And I started with 10. I play cheap, but yeh. Cash tables really induce tilt. Very hard to break your bankroll tilting on tournaments compared to cash tables.

my brother had the same problem ;he lost his entire bankroll (about 90 bucks ) in a single night going on tilt :banghead: ....but now he learn how to control himself  ....a good cigar :smokin:and a time out seems to work for him ...it's important to know to stop when u are losing and to keep playing when u are winning ;)
