Dealers against us?

Here's something.If I call, flop is disgusting, as if I fold, trips or two pair.
is that happened to you always? to me is as usually happen

Yup every hand. Problem of course is one can do nothing about it. What I can't figure out is how anyone ever wins a pot. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, precious, theys will hear us.



Me I pay little if any attention to what my hand would have been after I folded & I concentrate on those still in hand & how they play the hand.

If you never fold winning hands you aren't folding enough.

I think this happens to everyone. But do not pay attention to this. Just play your good cards.

like the other said, you cant pay attention to that, its hard but with time you will learn (i used to tilt after some good flops with folded hands)

That happens to me as well, most times I raise AK, the flop comes out rags but if I fold a hand sometimes a great board texture comes.

Sometimes I feel the poker site is against me for some reason.

this is called selective memory

I have won many times with AK, and I had to fold AK many times as well. It doesn't mean the dealer is against you, the chances that you make the hand are actually not perfect. There only 4 aces in the deck, and you already hold one.

You have to be careful of playing "what if". It often leads to playing a lot of trash you should have folded.

Your brain is wire to remember every hand you would of made if you called rather than the overwhelmingly bigger number of hands you folded that didn't connect on the flop.

I think Iryna has said exactly what i would have said or something very similar

This happens to everyone, it's a form of Murphy's Law Closely followed by Sod's Law. It is nothing to be disheartened about, just smile ruefully and think 'that's poker'. There's not really a problem here because you wouldn't have played these hands in the first place

Once you fold, let that hand go. Do not waste energy over an irrelevant “if only”. If you must do something, look back at some previous hands to see the actions of other players who have reached a showdown. You may learn something useful.

Same happens to me very often.. fold and see how it would be full house etc.. and if call and play with to pairs then somebody has quads. Very unfair
