This is a discussion on Courcheval within the online poker forums, in the Learning Poker section; I have been playing low buying courcheval tourney on Stars for about a month now. Did well to start and am now struggling. Any tips?

It will recover, if you are more carefull and patient. It will be good to have break and play and something else together.

After playing courcheval for awhile now I believe pot limit is a much better version than no limit. Too much like bingo with no limit.

re: Poker & Courcheval
Update: Played the $5.50 pot limit courcheval tourney yesterday afternoon. Ended up splitting 1st and 2nd for $101.00. Definitely pot limit suits my style of play. Better chance of making a hand, or getting away from a hand, without having to go all in preflop. Still some bad beats but was a fun tournament with a strong final table.
