Hi guys!I want to ask you something about I was thinking for few days and I'm not able to find an answer.
My question is: If i keep the same strategy for 100 tournaments in a row (0.10$ 360 players), when I have more chances to hit a higher frequency reaching final table, when I keep the same strategy or when I'm changing it (because of last few hands that were nonprofitable for me)?
Now let's make it simple & stupid:
Imagine that I have in front of me three letters A, B, C.
I have to bet on any letter and if the bead hits the letter I chosed, I win some imaginary money (BJ example).
Now, I have two simple & obvious options to build my strategy:
1.To bet 10 times in a row on letter "A". (Math, luck and lack of luck)
2.To bet 10 times on any of 3 letters. (Luck or lack of luck).
In terms of poker, on a sample of 100 or more tournaments, it's possible that strategy N2 can be more profitable than N1?
If answer is no, then I have to say that no matter what strategy you have, you will be able to hit FT with any of them if you keep it the same all the time. Is this right?
P.S. Do you know a poker book or article where this aspect is related?
