Cards that are next to each other (K Q, 10 9), are very useful starting hands, particularly if they are suited. They can make straight flushes, flushes or straights. You can play more hands as your position goes from arly to late.

Right, you can...did you mean to ask a question, or just offering a tip?

To add my two cents: I don't start with low connectors, and if I don't catch SOMETHING on the flop, I play them cautiously, because you can get into a lot of trouble with them the more you chase. I usually start as low as 7-8s or 9-10s.
