Comfort Breaks

You are free to take a break anytime you feel you need one. However you must leave your chips on the table.
If you return before it is your turn to post both blinds, it costs you nothing.
If you return after you have missed your blinds, you will need to pay for one big blind and one small blind, assuming you missed them both.
You only need to make up one big blind and one small blind no matter how many you missed.

I think it depends on where you play, I've seen it both ways(live). Guess it's up to the House.
