Cleaning up my game

So i play in a lot of MTT's and SNG's but seem once the blinds and antes are really high I find a way to lose one or two big hands and get myself into deep chip trouble or getting eliminated. Any ideas on how to help get myself to more final tables and cashing in 2/3 SNG I play in??Side Note in MTT's I usually cash I just wanna start making final tables more often and collecting more cash

Can you quantify what you mean when you say you "usually" cash in MTTs? It's unusual to have an ITM above about 20%, and IMO, 20% or even 25% is not enough to describe as "usually".
