Nice chart....

Since I play in the late evenings having a daily job and a small baby I usually play my "Z" or "ZZZ" game - sometimes even that is good enough though hehe.

That's pretty good.

This might be useful as a checklist to go through before starting a session or to check periodically while in the midst of a session.

A thought - do we really need to quit when we're not playing our A game? If our B or even C game is good enough to make a profit in the game we're in isn't it worth staying?

Definitely but as long as we are playing well enough to win, regardless of how it relates to our overall play, we should continue. If we are playing a losing game then it is time to leave.
