With a bankroll of $100 what is the best game type to build a bankroll from? Cash Game? MTT's? or SNG's? I have had previous success in MTT's but is it worth it to switch to cash game to build a bankroll or to play MTT's? or even SNG's?

~ Thanks in advance

Just play .2 / .4 cash and try to play very low stakes sit and goes and mtt.

The idea is you want to feel like you have an advantage cause of bankroll.

So play stakes that make you feel very comfortable for a long run game.

MTT and SnG force you to forfeit good hands if it's earlier on in the tournament that you maybe would engage with in a cash game and worst of all force you to overplay and sit in terror the shallower that your stack gets.

Cash games are the choice of the professional poker player. You are welcome to SPEND cash in tournaments but EARNING must be in cash games for during dry spells of bad hands, your losses can be minimized via consistent folding with no risk of 'needing to win it back in the next 24 mins' and your upswings of luck will be rewarded far more in percentage profit due to you keeping all the cash to yourself and not being able to still get fifth place in a big tournament instead of first after a monster run due to 2 close calls favoring your opponents upon the turn and river or not favoring you etc.
