Cash Game 0.01/0.02 Strategy

Hello, my name is Lexlion93 and i'm quite new to this game of Poker.

I always played SnG, and gained a " nice " amount of money, like 200$, but now i want to start from the bottom of cash games or by others, i want to start from playing cash games and grow up my bankroll and move up to the next level.

Can you guys, tell me whats the best strategy for playing cash games like :

- Range of hands ( its very different of SnG?)
- Bankroll Management
- 6 max is better for starters ?
- Should I be Agressive or Nitty ?
