Keeping your profits online is likely a problem with Bankroll management. If you're losing your whole bankroll, you should be registering tournaments that have a lower buy-in. For a good introduction, go to youtube and search "bankroll management Jaime Staples" and click on the top result! Good luck in the future!
More specifically, where Progres because of the tilt, due to the fact that the game is not at your limit on your bankroll. Play bankroll bet no more than 2% of the amount in the account, if Tiltware to put a restriction on limits, on PokerStars and have about other poker rooms don't know.
determine the boundaries of how much you "will" lose per day and how much you will earn, for example, if you sit cash game with 20$ and after 1h your stack is 40$, sit out, and don't come back until tomorrow, so imaginary your profits will be 20$ per day X 25 monthly is 500$. And if after 1h u have 10$, again sit out and don't lose more then 10$ per day. You must control your self, coz you want to win milions on 1h, can't be done. So only thing you can do is control your self and losing money over + and - determined boundaries
Keep your buyins to about 1% of your bankroll online (presuming you play MTT's SNG's etc.) Be willing to take a slight risk once in a while but it shouldn't exceed more than 3% of your entire bankroll, plenty of good videos on youtube to help you with bankroll management if you're having issues with hit.
