Call or Fold in situation like this?

Fellow, I do not think it's a proper move, having to spend a lot of Stacks to complete a Straight Draw, so in that situation I prefer Fold, and what do you think?

U have 8 outs to hit your straight, that is roughly 32% or 1/3, and the villain makes it too expensive to call, 70% of the pot. So, the odds are not even close to your favour, so the Hero folds.
