There's all sorts of literature on the start of sngs, you just sit back and wait for hands. But not much is said about the end, as you're already itm and trying to maximize money won. We both feel that this will soon be the definitive source for finishing sngs and felt we'd share it with CC for a free preview. Enjoy:

Zachvac,

I read yoru comment about finishing a sng. I thought the object was to win the tourney once you had gotten in the money not just to maximize your winnings. After I get back my entry money, I tend to get knocked out fairly early because I seem to be playing catch up to the tourney leaders chip stack. Especially when playing small stakes and the winnings only increase by a small amount. Do you play to win or just increase your winnings?
