building my low bankroll

hey guys, im about to deposit 20 pounds at Titan Poker but i know thats not a hell of alot id rather do 50 but cant afford that at the min, but more importantly i need help buidling on this bankroll my speciality is double or nothing games but i cant play 1.40 games just wont make enough so i have to play atleast 5 dollar games you got any advice as how else i could build 20 pounds up i dont mind playing other sngs but double ups are my strongest game

This is incorrect thinking. Just because the 5 dollar tournaments offer bigger payouts doesn't mean you'll actually get it. Especially if you only have 20, you're basically committing BR suicide. It's suicide because there's lots of variance in tournaments and it's definitely not uncommon to lose 4 in a row(which is how many 5 dollar tournaments you could play).

If i were you i'd play 2nl and build up and then play tournaments when you have a bigger BR.

I agree, playing $5 double or nothings with a $20 BR is complete suicide, you havent even really got a big enough BR for $1 double or nothings, I'd say an absolute minimum for $1 D or N is $40 as I like to have 40 buy ins, any lower and you WILL go broke.
You have got to reverse your thinking, you dont choose your buy ins cos of how much you need to win, you adjust your buy ins to suit your BR.
I agree with BG, you would be better building your BR up playing NL2.
But the first thing you need to remember is patience, you cant build a $20 BR up to $100 in a day, or a week, it takes time, it can be done and if you keep within your BR you will do it but patience
